PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

 

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.

In addition to the product prices indicated we don’t charge shipping costs for delivery within Europe and UK.

In order to guarantee you a safe and fast transport, Gypsy Perfume usually ships in insured parcels with Fedex, DHL and DPD, you will receive a tracking code for all shipments.

Gypsy Perfume is not responsible for any import duties payable.

ORDER OUTSIDE OF THE UK AND EU

In the documents for orders to countries outside the EU, the value of the items included in the delivery is listed. The customs can open packages for inspection, we have no influence on them.

Customs or import charges will be levied as soon as the shipment reaches your country. The fees for the customs clearance are at your expense. We have no influence on these charges and can not predict their amount. Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

DANGEROUS GOODS

All shipments of flammable goods must be declared and dispatched as DANGEROUS GOODS, due to the increased security requirements for shipments sent by airfreight.

This includes perfumes, as their production is based on alcohol & water. Alcohol is a flammable substance and this requires an special kind of packaging and a complicated process of transport.

This unfortunately causes significant higher costs for the transport. The major part of the additional costs will be covered by us. But we had to increase the limit for FREE shipping for you.

This shipping method is more expensive, but your expected delivery will arrive within only a few days. That means, that you can get your order much faster.

RETURNS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Only items bought directly through Gypsy Perfume (www.pgypsy.com), can be returned. If you have purchased goods via one of our partners, you must return your products to the original store of purchase. Gypsy Perfume will not accept returns on behalf of other stores or retailers.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

FAULTY GOODS

Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our customer services team using the contact details below, and we will be happy to help. You are entitled to a refund within 28 days from purchase, after this period, a replacement will be offered instead.

HYGIENE

For reasons of hygiene, any fragrance item which have been opened may not be returned, unless faulty.

SALE ITEMS

Goods purchased as sale items or special purchase items may not be returned or exchanged, unless faulty, or unless bought online via www.pgypsy.com.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
